A little listless today, but I put it down to the heat.
About 9.30pm be started lying on the floor with shallow breathing. Left for the emergency vet at 10pm. On the way there, he let out a horrid yowl, foamed at the mouth, his bowels went and he died.
I cannot tell you how much that cat got me and my children through the worst point in their lives. He was their constant when their world was always shifting.
His death was completely unexpected. Not sure how I'm going to sleep tonight without him in the crook of my legs.
