Surecare wireless cat flap - struggling to connect to new WiFi provider via the app

Do I have to start from scratch setting everything up?

I would have thought there would be a way to change WiFi via the app.

Have your tried just plugging it into your new router?

Check your WiFi is on the right settings. Some gadgets require it to be at 2.5ghz and most WiFi is 5. If you need to change it, it's really easy to do, Google should be able to give specific instructions for your router.
