Handheld hoover for removing cat hair from the sofa

I am looking to replace an ancient vax that doesn't really do the job. Maybe with a brush attachment?
It only needs to do this one job and maybe the car, once in a blue moon, so I don't want to spend a fortune.

I’ve found nothing gets the hair up quite like a rubber hand brush! I found this one in Boyes, I seem to think it was half the price of this one and it does a bloody brilliant job!

I have a couple like that, but am in the market for a handheld cordless hoover.
