cat just thrown up what appears to be bile

Cat threw up a fur ball earlier today, since then he's been quieter than normal and has just thrown up what appears to be bile. He seem quiet and not his normal self

Mine does this every now and then and I genuinely don’t worry because she still acts her normal way

Very quiet, hiding under dd2s bed, when she tried to pick him up he hissed at her, only ate part of a lickelix, normally demolishes them. Dh left a message for his boss's wife(vet nurse) to ask her advice.

Has he eaten anything different over Christmas , any treats ( we gave ours some plain roast chicken ) more fatty perhaps ?

My malecat once sat in the middle of the room , chucked up something revolting ( fur and grey/green liquid) that if I hadn;t seen with mine own eyes I;d have sworn it was from The Other End , but no smell to it ,
Then he just walked off . He is a grass eater too .

Might your cat have scavenged something , that might make him feel rough ?

He might've scratched inside his throat ?

spoke to boss' wife, advised to keep an eye on him but if he doesn't improve within the next hour or so ring emergency line, particularly as he has history of blocked urethra. It's always out if hours(£1400 vet bill 2 months ago- thank god for insurance!)

He feels sick most likely and has an empty stomach my sons cat can get dramatic when he has a hairball as long as I can get him eating again he is fine usually my son tempts him with dreamies
