Can someone recommend something I can buy locally for cat constipation?

DCat is a bit constipated - he starts off in his litter box and then moves to finish off either on the chair where he sleeps or on our bed (where he also sleeps). I was woken up this morning by him straining on my pillow. The vet can’t see him till Tuesday. Can anyone recommend anything that I can get quickly which might give him some relief?

Olive oil, or you can just add water to the wet food. Just try to increase fluid

Lactulose is what my vet recommended when my cat was constipated.

Sardines in oil.

Cat milk world really well for my girl.

Katalax paste. Pretty sure pets at home still sell it.

Lots of fluids whatever way your cat will take them. Something oily like sardines in water. I always now add extra warm water to my cat's wet food and he hasn't had an issue since. He's a terrible drinker, despite running taps, expensive water fountains, different bowls/human glasses. So his wet food is essentially a stew now and he goes mad for it 😂

My cat has been on lactulose for years as recommended by vet. Can get it from pharmacy.

Have got lactulose from vet at vast expense. Gave him first dose last night, and didn’t get shouting when he had his 0500 poo this morning, so fingers crossed. I also add warm water to his wet food, but I don’t think it helps enough.
