I don’t often use flea treatment on my cats as they are mainly indoors but the vet prescribed Stronghold Plus at their last check up so I thought I’d better use it and we applied it on Friday afternoon. On Sat afternoon my 14 year old cat had a few episodes of walking strangely (only lasting a few minutes) and I’m wondering if it’s related to the flea treatment. He has mild kidney disease and I’m so worried that the treatment has been too much for his system to cope with. He seems ok this morning but I’m not sure whether to take him to the vet (which he hates!) to be checked or just keep a close eye on him. Any advice?
