Hi All
I'm planning on getting a cat at the end of summer (will be adopting an adult rescue). My mum lives abroad but she will be staying with us for 3 weeks at the end of summer too. She comes to visit and stay frequently - 2-3 times a year for a week at a time at least.
Would it be of any benefit to get the cat while my mum is over or would it cause the cat stress when my mum leaves? Should I wait until my mum has left and then adopt?
