Adopting a silver/blue tabby kitten. Name ideas?!

We’re Adopting a sweet male kitten next week! My eldest think we should call him Figaro, and I don’t mind Figgy for short but I’m not sure if it will suit him!

bombard me with name ideas for a lovely grey striped cat!

I think Figaro is quite distinctive. It's the name of the cat in Pinocchio. You can always address him with variants as appropriate - Mr Figgy, Figgy Pudding, Figiwinkle, Sir Fig Fig and so on.

Some of the cats from Cats the musical have good names. Unfortunately the silvery one in that is called Munkustrap. Maybe not.

I think he needs a dignified name as he's going to be a very handsome chap as he ages. Gerald, Alfonso, Augustus, Ferdinand?

Was going to suggest Gandalf , but Mithril is perfect !

Figgy is home! Some fab suggestions here but DD vetoed them all and we have stuck with Figaro (figgy) 🫢
