Picard strolled in today, and walked up to Gizmo's bed.

They stared at each other, then Picard remembered he'd come in to eat Linney's lunch, so he went to the kitchen to do so.

There was no hissing or growling.

Decoy cat, personality transplant, or is he playing the long game? Perhaps his evil chip can't pick up the signal from Scotland?

I guess we'll have to wait and see. Like a furry ticking time bomb.

I think that he's behaving like a cat who's not with the human he knows and loves.

He's doing his best, and he's been very tactile and generally happy and purring.

Mr SB and I are really looking forward to seeing what he'll be like when he joins Linney and the NMCs outside.

But in the meantime, he's shown that he rather likes contorting himself into very uncomfortable sleeping positions

When we inherited MILs cat, she shat on the carpet, peed on the bed, scratched anyone who went anywhere near her, and refused to eat anything other than Dreamies for at least the first month. TC's reaction to being uprooted seems far more sedate.

Aw. He spotted Suzy sitting on the windowsill and jumped up to talk to her through the window.

He's really keen to go out and join all the cats in the garden.

Aww, this made me sad. I think you're probably right @TheShellBeach. Poor TC. He must be very confused. Hopefully he'll settle in quickly and feel much more like himself.
