At least Gizmo is sleeping in a more conventional position on a more conventional surface, not in a contorted (albeit humourous) absurd squished up spot!

I call it sticky buds. Great fun for throwing at the kids backs when walking home. Not so great when you don't get it all off before going through the garden gate.

wfh today, went upstairs to go to the loo to be greeted by the sight of both cats on my bed back to back, touching. Definitely their choice to be so close together - they have their own bedroom with double bed, igloo (Tobias's favorite place), donut bed (Girlcat's territory) and a linen rack thing with piles of things like towels on it (Girlcat likes that too, only time Tobias is allowed on the donut bed).

My bed is full king size, so plenty of room for them to be as far apart as they want.

Ah that's lovely! I love how they are looking at the camera.

Cat Three took ages to work out that you have to move the treat ball in order for it to dispense food. Even now he nudges it with his head and then looks at it expectantly rather than giving it a push with his paw.
We have a Cat it treat tree which he still views with utmost disappointment - he can see the treats but there’s no way for him to get them?! He waits for Cat Two to fish them out for him.
I think I have mentioned that being clever is not his top attribute.

They were giving me a "wtf do you want, disturbing our sleep" look.

I should explain about the lumpiness of the bed. Due to back & hip issues, I tend to sleep with a beanbag & a couple of pillows in the bed with me so I can hook my knees over them/tuck the pillows between my legs etc. I see no point in removing them from under the duvet every day just so my bed, which only I and the cats ever see, looks neat and tidy.

Allergic, that's beautiful and our cats much prefer a ruffled bed to a perfectly smooth one

Allergic they look very cosy.
