After 8 years, our Sureflap cat flap is no longer working, and after suggesting a couple of fixes, neither of which worked, Sureflap customer services have told me that the only solution is to replace it with a new model.
We have the cat flap in a doubled glazed panel with the Sureflap mounting adaptor around it. Has anyone ever managed to successfully replace their Sureflap unit in a glazed door without damaging or breaking the glass? If so, please let me know how you did it! Many thanks.
