I think it maybe a raccoons tail Cesare 😻. Our old cat who was a tabby moggie was totally in love with a fox due to his tail, used to sit making eyes at each other through the French doors though I think she was thinking boyfriend and he was thinking lunch.

I absolutely adore him. Especially his furry little long haired bum that wiggles officiously when on his way to anywhere important such as meals. I feel guilty after giving him his worming tablets earlier and tried to explain using wriggly finger actions what they were for.
