Penelope is currently based on the spare room. But as things are going fairly well, she's allowed out now. She's still very nervous and hasn't ventured downstairs yet. But I'm keen to get my room back. How do I go about moving her food and litter tray downstairs?

We've always just done it all at once and let the cat get on with it - it's never been a problem.

I've seen it suggested be done in stages, so maybe move tray & food into hallway outside the spare room for a few weeks, then move downstairs?

Today is the first time she's been downstairs. I've moved the igloo to its old position. So I'll give her a couple of days and start moving the rest.

Completely missed point of thread: is Penelope now a permanent resident at Toddler Towers? Last thread I saw was about her being fostered..... congratulations either way @Toddlerteaplease !

Penelope is gorgeous! 🐾

She's still foster to adopt but she will almost certainly stay for ever!
