Cat reacting badly to spot-on flea treatments-alternative?!

Help-one of our cats has had a bad response to flea treatments. We’ve used Advantage which he leapt a mile with-and then a week or so later we noticed it had taken the fur off exactly where we’d put it.

We tries Frontline which he didn’t react to but it didn’t seem to work and now we have fleas!

What else can we use?

Our two have a tablet from the vet.

Oh, that is reassuring-thank you. Does it work well?

Ours have the Program injection , which is 6 monthly . There is also a monthly tablet you can get from the vet but one of ours is a nightmare for tablets .

I didn’t know there was an injection! Can I ask how much that is?

Yes, never had any fleas.

At our vets it’s £90 , so not cheap , it’s also not included on the vets monthly plan at ours .
