Should I remove cone of shame when I put dcat in her carrier?

I haven't had a cat need a cone of shame for around 30 years!

She's had it on for a week and we are due back at the vets today to, hopefully, remove stitches from a cut leg.

Would you leave the cone on in the carrier or take it off?

The vet left the cone on when she put our cat in her carrier.

Thanks, so did mine, thinking about it, but it was a late night emergency so I wasn't really thinking straight!

I think I'll leave it on as it should make it easier for them to remove the stitches 🤞🏼
