We had a kitten with tummy issues. It got so bad.

She had all the tests and all negative.

Vet gave us antibiotics and that with hypoalkegenric food really helped and after 4 weeks we had a proper solid dark brown poo. Then she was spade about 3/ 4 weeks ago and the vet said the pain killer may set her back which they did but she's still sloppy now?? ¶

Try some Kaolin paste. It's cheaper from pet shops than the vet.

Have you considered raw feeding? I have 2 bengals - bengals are renowned for sensitive stomachs.
They eat raw and we don't have any problems at all.

What are you feeding? I was warned off Felix/Purina and was advised to just feed cooked chicken mixed with natural yogurt for a few days. It rebalances the acid in their tummies.

Sorry, just reread you're feeding Hypoallergenic.
We had the same problem and the chicken/yogurt really helped. I was also advised not to feed kitten specific food as it's too rich for some.

Is there maize or corn or wheat in her food? Anything like that always sent my Bengal loose.
