He was 17 and a half and he died this morning

I found him in the bathroom. My children grew up with him and his mother who only died last May. I have been in the garden digging a place to put him and have had to stop as it is hard work.
He was the best ratter you would ever know, and he was cheeky and noisy and loving and I will miss him so much.
End of an era. Legend.

I’m sorry OP. Our 18 year old cat was pts on Monday. We had him since he was 8 weeks old, since before we were married and had our kids. I keep seeing him out of the corner of my eye!
