My cat has gone missing, she was scared off by another cat and she has obviously got lost.
She was out all night last night and it was -2.

Ive looked all morning and I'm worried she will be still missing tonight.

Can she survive that temp over night? 😭

They're very clever at finding somewhere warm and sheltered. Is she chipped? Most likely someone has taken her in. Is there a lost cats facebook page for your town?

Yes. It won't be comfortable but she will hopefully have found somewhere sheltered like a bush or under a shed. Is she an outdoor cat?

If she has a litter tray pop that outside as the smell will help her if she has got lost. I would suggest walking local streets calling so she can hopefully hear your voice. If she has been frightened she may have gone a distance.

If she hasn't reappeared by tonight dark if a good time to go looking as cats tend to feel safer then.

Hope she comes home safe.

Yes she is chipped, I put a post up on the local FB page as well.

Thank you.
Thats reassuring.

She is an outdoor cat technically but only just started showing an interest in the outdoors and yesterday was the first time she went out of our garden.

I put the litter tray out and we have been out repeatedly calling her name and rustling crisps (her favourite) since 11pm yesterday.

Oh no......I'm so sorry. Can you print out a missing sign and put it up and post through doors????

I don’t think it was -2 but it was winter and cold when I found a kitten around the same age in our garden. She had been missing from home for 3 weeks. Don’t give up hope Flowers
