DP and I have both been staving off colds all week - that way when you feel run down and snotty but it isn’t full blown misery. Yet.
Over the last couple of days the cat has been a bit sneezy. She’s eating fine, was in our bed leaping on our heads for breakfast at 5am, begging for treats etc. she has no “discharge” from nose/eyes. She’s maybe a wee bit sleepier than usual today, but it’s cold and wet so she’s not keen to go out. She’s happily playing with the laser pen, toy mice etc.
Can she have caught our colds? If she gets poorly we will obviously bring her to the vet but she gets SO distressed (last time she did a wee in the carrier in the waiting room) that I would rather not have to do that unless it’s absolutely 100% necessary. She’s eight, had her boosters in April, and while she does go out she is generally in our garden or next door, she doesn’t roam.
