Diagnose my kitten 4 months, dreadul diorheah all the time

So when we got her she seemed to poo normally.

Seemed sloppy but could form a shape.

It got worse and worse and eventually splatter diorheah.
Vet gave us a probiotic thing to soothe which didn't work.
Then gave us anti biotics which seemed to work instantly, but then we are back after week to splatter diorheah.

A sample has been sent to the vet but any idea what it could be?

All tests back except cymblhacter ( sp).
Vet said he hopes it's this one as easy to treat.
Everything's else clear.
He said if it's not clymp then it could be the TTC fetous one.

He said that's harder to look for, and costs more to test AND has horrible effects on the cat 😺.

So as strange as it sounds I'm praying it's clymp.
