How to keep cat cool in 35 degree heat?!

Hi everyone. I have a fairly young rescue kitty that I'm going to be leaving for the first time next week and I'm slightly worried as it's going to be 35 degrees at least part of the week (and as you can tell just generally worried about leaving her!) She's going to be staying at home rather than a cattery as she's anxious and clingy, with a cat sitter checking in on her morning and evening. But she's already been eating less and quite lethargic in the heat at the moment and I have no idea how she's going to fare on a thirty-five degree day by herself! She's indoor only and I have a water fountain and a cooling mat for her to try and help but I'm not really sure what else I can leave for her. She's scared of fans. Is heat stroke very common in cats? I'm worried she's going to bake to death in the house all alone :(

Sorry if I come across a bit dramatic, lol. I am just scared to leave my little fur baby I think 😅

nake Sure you cat sitter refills the water fountain every day.

does she have freedom to roam the house? Leave a coupe of rooms with blinds and curtains closed so it stays cooler. I have one of those cool as bed sheets and my cat has been sleeping in that a lot - she must like how it feels!

what age is she?
