Vaccinating an adult (stray) cat

We´re trying to work out if we can adopt a stray cat. Almost certainly unvaccinated. How long does it take to vaccinate an adult cat (about 2 years old)? Can they just have all the jabs they need or do you need set times between each one?

I will miss her when she goes to her new home. She was very skinny but I've been trying to fatten her up since the kittens went last week and when I took her to her post op check up today they weighed her again and she's put on 800g in a week. Which I'm really pleased about.
I'm a bit nervous something will go wrong and that the adoption will fall through. But I think it will be ok.

I took her to her new home today and the new owner was lovely. I quite miss her but I did the very best I could for her and I'm sure she will have a lovely home and be much loved.
