Very very fussy eater is doing my head in!

My cat is so fussy.

He used to only like purina pouches (not the fish ones) then he only liked the fish ones, then he wouldn't eat anything other than whiskers, then he went back to purina ones. I then started one of those monthly boxes and for 2 months he ate everything. Now he's not eating his food again.

He just meows at me on his feeding times and ignores the food.

He will eventually eat the food, after hours of meowing, but he starts hunting when he doesn't eat. He's a very good hunter and I hate it! He brings in mice and puts them in his bowl, wakes me up at 3am torturing them, then pukes them back up so I am very loathe to not get him food he likes.

Anyone else with a fussy cat?

Cats like a variety so they get a broad nutritional intake. I like his style, pander to me or the mouse gets it!

The monthly boxes were full of variety pates, stews and shredded pieces of chicken, trout, salmon, duck and beef. One of the beef and tomato stew tin looked human edible and they weren't bloody cheap.

But yes it's very much feed me what I want or the mouse gets it

He wants a different brand though by the sound of it. If it doesnt upset his stomach you can feed one brand at breakfast and a different brand at lunch etc.

That'll mess him right up, you cant go off 3 different brands a day.
