Anyone travelling with cats this Christmas?

We were going to go cattery or have neighbour pop in on him, but then we went soft and couldn’t bear leaving him over Christmas, so we’ve figured that there’s no difference between a large cage at the cattery, and a middling bedroom at DPs parents. I hope he doesn’t mind it too much. Anyone else done this?

You are going to keep him in a bedroom?! That doesnt sound like very much fun for him tbh he would have probably been happier kept at home. He has a very sweet face.

Yup. And whilst a bedroom might not be ideal as you says it's bigger than a cattery cage. How long is the trip?

We've brought our two with us to the in-laws' house. They're loving it! Though they're free to roam as I wouldn't feel happy about them being shut in a bedroom ...

We are in and out of the bedroom lots, and o just felt he’d get more attention actually on Christmas than he would at a cattery. Fairly sure they’d feed, water and go straight back to their families. Plus the extra room.
He’s in now, doesn’t seem at all stressed thankfully
