Cats won’t eat half of multi flavour packs

My cats are 18 month old sisters. For six months they have happily eaten Sainsbury’s pouches, but now they turn their noses up at all of them except the poultry. I’ve tried lots of other brands and supermarket own. They won’t do tins at all.

Where can you get single flavour reasonably priced cat food?

Thanks

My girl cat won't eat anything dark, so beef, lamb etc. She really enjoys the Perle sachets that come in the fish flavour and seems to be happy with them...for now!

Mine are on high quality dry.

But you know what will happen if you just buy single flavour.........

Aldi and whiskas do just poultry flavours. My cat isn't keen on beef so the hedgehogs get that if we have a mixed box.

Mine has bozita. Bought in bulk in single flavour packs from zooplus

Felix online do mix and match flavours

They're fickle little feckers furries, aren't they? Any time I have bought anything in a sizeable amount, my capricious cats have shortly afterwards decided they didn't like it at all.

They are currently favouring a pate type wet food in chicken and in beef flavours. I can buy them in single flavours. I only buy a few days worth, though.

Mine only likes fish flavoured ones.

Will not eat real meat either given the chance.

Fussy madam.

My catsbare really fussy for my husband because he panders to them. I, on the other hand, treat them like the rest ofnthe family....you eat what you are given and don't get any more until you do...... they are less fussy when I am around!!

Missey85 · 12/11/2021 14:37

My cat does this too so now I just buy whiskas tins in beef its all she'll eat aldi has cheap food in singles too

As a pp mentioned, I'd explore Zooplus as you seem to buy on flavours there as opposed to pack size? I don't like my cats to get bored (as if!) and it can sometimes be a pain to find multi flavours so end up buying far more than needed to get a mix of flavours!
