Anxious cat & weeing outside of tray

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for cat calming supplements or something similar? Our cat has had an intermittent issue with weeing outside of the litter tray for a long time. We've always dealt with it and managed it but he's recently started up again since we had our 1st baby. We're pretty certain it's anxiety related, because it usually ties in with situations etc.
Obviously we need to get on top of it properly now really, because we can't have her crawling around in a house where he's peed!
We've tried feliway, numerous litter trays, litters, tray locations etc. He gets played with and cuddled. We also have a cat flap so he is perfectly able to go outside, and when not peeing where he shouldn't prefers to do that over a tray.
Any other suggestions?

He needs to see the vet, the stress can give them bladder infections & they need antibiotics for that. Unlike normal cat infections they don’t go off their food or withdraw.

Long term you can give Cystease daily to stop the lining of his bladder getting sore again
