Do you think this would be ok if combined with dry food ? Or other wet food?

Our 2 elderly cats are gone Sad and we now have an adopted 3 year old .But we have a quantity of Applaws senior food which he likes ...
Our new cat has had to have a number of teeth ,mainly canines ,removed but he seems happy with dry food .

What do people think ,I'm not well versed on the nutrient requirements of different aged cats or the content of cat food.

Cat will be fine. Senior cat food often has changes to make it more digestible, possibly joint care ingredients but it will be fine for younger cat.

Silky cat who is a dustbin in cat form will eat all forms of food, cat, human or otherwise, and yet manages to look like the pinnacle of cat existance. She is also working her way through a lot of elderly cat food quite happily despite being 4.

I'd say it'll be fine. Senior cat food has less calories and less protein. Wet is food is good for hydration, especially if they don't drink much water.
