Can I move my 10 months old onto adult food

Hi, I wad wondering what the stance is on moving kittens to adult food? Most of the internet is saying 12 months but my boys are getting a bit chunky looking so i wonder if it might be time to move on? They are 10 and 11.5lbs and they are on feringa kitten atm

If they have been neutered then yes you can move them earlier as their calorie needs are reduced.
