Cat with gurgly tummy

For the last 24 hours my old man cat has had a very gurgly tummy.

He's fine in himself, no vomiting or diarrhoea, purring away. But I can hear it from the end of the bed!

Any ideas of a cause?!

He's puked a load of water and a single blade of grass on the living room floor so maybe he hasn't been feeling so good.

Luckily avoided the rug though!

It's likely to be a thyroid issue. My cat had the same. I'd get him checked at the vets sooner rather than later.

My stomach is doing the exact same thing i have a thyroid issue I've never connected the two

If he is eating grass chances are he feels roapy and is trying to sort it himself has he eaten his regular food today?

Mine is also doing the same, no thyroid issue but raging PMS Grin

I think he might be feeling a little under the weather, he's all curled up fast asleep but at this time he's usually sitting by his food cupboard patiently waiting for dinner. Rumblings have stopped though.

Cheddar used to have a very noisy tummy. Hers resolved with a change of food.

My cat is currently snoring 😴

Ahem is he prone to hair balls? One of my cats is he tries to eat grass to shift it
