Our old girl suffered terribly with constipation and eventually mega colon. It was a quality of life decison to have her put to sleep. Im a slightly obsessed with my new cats bowel movements and Freda seems to be having issues. She was very, very sick all day Monday. Went to the vets on Tuesday where she was examined. The vet mentioned he could feel sone faeces that was ready to come out. She was given an anti sickness jag and I was told to give her bland food for a couple of days. She's had tiny amounts of poached chicken along with a couple of biscuits which she's eating however no poops! I think the last time she went was Tues evening when I went to the shops for the chicken but with 2 cats its hard to tell!
Im not sure why im really even posting this, maybe in the hope of someone saying well she has barely eaten since Tuesday and that's why there's no poo? Am i grasping at straws?

I say plastic, i meant melamine. The double bowl things i avoid completely. I've never had an issue with Gilbert or old cats eating from these but then I've never had a cat like Freda!

Freda and Gilbert are hilarious cat names. Love it.

Named after Freda Payne (she lives up to her name, she is a pain) and Gil Scott-Heron. We're big music fans!
