My Dcat is not allowed because I can not get him to the vets to have the snip and get him chipped so I have taught him to wear a harness and we go for a walk every night the only problem he dosnt like cars people or other cats so I carry him sometimes and he never wants to go home ( we were out for 40 mins tonight ) he then spend the next hr or so crying at the door cos he wants to go back out .
