I have a nearly 3 year old cat. She has been very healthy but yesterday I noticed her fur is covered in flakes of skin. She is shedding, as you would expect at this time of year, but her fur seems quite greasy. In general she seems okay, but I have noticed sometimes she seems a bit miserable. I am getting a call from the vet today.
I changed her food a few weeks ago and wonder if it is an allergy or the food is not nutritious enough. I'm worried it may be something more sinister. I don't have pet insurance either.
