I mean, we've become hardened to voles and mice and dead birds but this is another level.
How do other owners of hunter cats generally dispose of the evidence?

@Murinae I think your mum now going by the way it’s looking at you. What are you feeding him?.

Drogonssmile · 24/04/2020 21:58

@Murinae he is extremely cute, if slightly grumpy looking! You are mummy thrush now!

Men's been caught half way through the kitchen window dragging one through
And the front room one. Left one half dead in the middle of the kitchen floor still twitching.. which was nice

Now leaves eyeballs and beaks on next doors door step, luckily they love her, they had no choice

They left their window open once , and the husband woke one afternoon as he's on shifts, to find our cat laying on him sound asleep Grin

We can't leave windows open in empty rooms cause she will bring her kills in.

@ Fluffycloudland77 I’m feeding it a mixture of cat food, meal worms and critical care formula (I have chickens and always have some critical care powder in!). Seems to be doing well in it and growing bigger everyday. I’ve had it since Monday. It’s living in the car basket. Not sure what I’m going to do when it starts flying!

Someone needs to develop a cat flap that scans the cats for stuff in their mouths and doesn’t let them in with anything live or dead!

I said this on a previous thread about cats bringing prey in and someone posted a link to a cat flap that basically did that! I can't remember the details.
