Anyone recommend a grooming brush for a medium coated cat that isn't keen on grooming?

Dcat is getting older and not doing such a good job, she's also a little bit rotund.

I've just had to remove a couple of matted bits at the bottom end of her back and want to get her into a better grooming routine but she isn't that co-operative sometimes.

She has a medium coat I would say, not flat but not long either. I currently have one of the those wire type brushes.

@WaxOnFeckOff The de shedding ones.
They remove they undercoat and loose hair, which reduces the shedding and helps with avoiding matts and tangled or shed hair under the top layer of hair.

Cats seem to like the Zoom Groom too though!
