The boys don't like the rain

my two Boys are not happy with the weather.

Running around the house like mad.
Big boy has braved it out but wuss puss is staying put.

Wuss puss wanders around crying if big boy disappears mid game.

Both have an unhealthy addiction to black furry blankets

Wuss boy is in the picture
(Not their real names btw I'm respecting their right to privacy)

Yes but its wet
Mine look out of the cat flap, see it's raining , walk to patio doors, check if its raining there, then try the front door to see if the rain is magically only falling on the back garden.
Sometimes boy cat goes out for a minute then runs back in to be dried by human hand.

Mine don't mind it. They really don't like wind though. I suspect they quite enjoy being towel dried.

My old boy, now gone, loved the rain. He would happily sit in it for ages, no problem. He was a real character.

My boys say better rain than snow!

Mine are indoor only, but had a feral youth. They don't seem to mind thunder & lightning outside, aren't THAT fussed by high winds, but very heavy rain outside and they creep away to hide in their safest hidey holes.

Imo you are a crap dcat slave if you can't stop the rain...

TheTurnOfTheScrew · 31/01/2020 13:30

be glad! one of mine is entirely unfazed by rain, however hard. Then when she comes in I have muddy paw prints all over the sofa, tablecloth, duvets...grr.
