Kitten shaking head and kicking lips after flea treatment

Hi!

My anxiety is through the roof!

Kitten is 12 weeks and I flead her 20 mins ago with Advantage 40.

She keeps shaking her head and licking her lips. Is this normal?

She kept meowing and now has curled up on dhs lap.
I feel awful, and my anxiety is so high that Iv done something wrong!

Mine reacted like this but was fine after half an hour. I’m not sure why, I thought he might have cleaned and somehow transferred it into his mouth. He was fine and I’m sure yours will be too. Fleas are horrid, better to tweet them than not.
