Cat has walked in concrete - what should I do?

The stupid cat has walked or rolled in concrete, it's all over her legs and tail and it's not coming off with water.
Anyone know what else I could use or should I just go to the vet?

I think she’ll need a shave. Are you sure it wasn’t done to her?.

Google suggests this

dogcare.dailypuppy.com/remove-concrete-dogs-paws-2917.html

But it seems to refer mostly to wet concrete. It’s very acidic, if you can’t get it off you may need to call the vet.

Vets, tonight. She’ll probably need to be shaved under sedation as a minimum. Hopefully she hasn’t kicked any.

*licked any!
