Cat stress caused by going to the vet?

I have taken my cat to the vet a few times over the last few weeks , the first time was just for immunisation boosters.
Since than she has developed problems always put down to stress by the vet. I begin to suspect that it might be the actual trips to the vet that are upsetting her.

Has anyone experienced this? How to break the cycle, the vet wants to see her again in a few days and I have my doubts.

Have you got feliway? It destresses cats. Might help.

The vet constantly goes on about it and it doesn't make a blind bit of difference.
