How to get her off whiskas and eat grain free?

She is so fussy but she does love whiskas poultry in jelly. She's a little overweight and I really want to get her on better quality grain free. It's not happening. Can anyone advise?

Try catsy sachets from zooplus as a first step .
It's not the best available meat wise, but it has no grain or sugar so is better than most supermarket brands and has the sachet texture.
Maybe even mixing it in with a bit of whiskers at the start might help .

Does your eat dry ? Feeding a very good quality dry and less Whiskers until you can give it up,have a break from wet then try the good brands again .

I'm sure the cats get addicted to the added sugar!

Do it slowly. So mostly whiskers with a tiny bit of the new food mixed in and slowly use less and less whiskers. Helps them adjust plus stops any stomach upsets from a sudden change.

They can be a nightmare with food ,ours has to have a rotation or she gets bored and turns her nose up .

Cattesy do a mixed box in ordinary jelly or a mixed box in egg & vegetable jelly .
