Looking for my sister. She's pretty house bound and lives in a second floor flat so cat needs to be happy living inside. Her last one wouldn't go out for anything and liked to snuggle up, which is just what she needed and would like again. She has support and people on hand I'd she's ever ill, etc. I'll pay for the cat's worming, flea stuff, and vet insurance.

Persians are usually happy to be indoors. You could try a Persian rescue. Mine are from St Francis Persian rescue. Although it's in Yorkshire.

Thank you Toddler. Yorkshire not far away. Will investigate.

Persian cat rescue in Rushden has lots of different cat breeds including british shorthairs who live happily indoors :)

Thank you both. Will add to the investigation list Smile

An adult cat definitely sounds like a better match for her living situation than a kitten. Most rescues have indoor cats occasionally although she might need to wait for a few weeks for the right cat to come along.

Thank you Smile

Eldest sister is in the (literal) driving seat on this one so I'm passing all suggestions along to her.
