My cat pooped in the hall, then covered it with litter from his litter tray!

We came home to find a pile of wooden litter in the middle of the hall floor.

One of our cats has an upset tummy and had a very slight accident on the hall floor.

How strange that he then carried the litter (from the downstairs loo, just off the hall, so not far) and covered it up?

Did he carry it in a little basket

christmasisuponus · 03/01/2019 22:19

Aww cute 😂😂

30ishiwish · 03/01/2019 22:20

No basket! I think he carried it in his mouth. Bless.

That’s too sweet. He deserves extra cuddles for theyi g to clean up after himself.

dontneedthedrama · 03/01/2019 22:23

Cats really don't like leaving poo out so must have been desperate. The covering it is what they do .

hapagirl · 03/01/2019 22:23

trying to clean up after himself.

At least he tried to clean up for you. Poor little love. My girl was sick in the hallway once and because I didn't immediately clear it up she started scratching around it trying to tidy up (I was eating curry at the time and just could not face it, the similarities were disconcerting)

What a cutie! Can I borrow him?! My boy poos, vaguely scratches at litter in the furthest corner of the tray away from the mess and then leaves....his sister then usually goes and covers it for him. He'd be a LTB sort of bloke if he was human.

Hope his tummy settles soon Smile

30ishiwish · 03/01/2019 22:33

He must have been really worried.

His brother, on the other hand, sat majestically just outside the mess, as if to say, “Look what He did!”

Aww bless. That's so cute. And he is gorgeous. Please could he come round and teach Cheddar to bury her poo. She doesn't and the smell is awful.

Bless him - you can't get mad at that furry little face Grin My oldest girl sits on the side of the litter tray and pisses up the wall - the paint has peeled off!! No idea how to stop it

BettyBooJustDoinTheDoo · 03/01/2019 22:58

30ishiwish · 04/01/2019 08:47
