I need to get my two girls reinsured as I cancelled petplan due to them dodging out of paying once.

I've been very happy with Tesco. Although they are dragging their feet with magic at the minute.

Anything you have previously claimed for will now be excluded... I've heard good things about Bought By Many and John Lewis but either way compare carefully and choose a lifetime policy with no limits to how long you can claim per condition.

I've been very impressed with m&s insurance

We currently have direct line but I've not had to claim so can't comment on their reliability when it matters.

We’ve been witn Direct Line for years. For both pet and cars. We’d have home insurance there too if we didn’t have an odd home that they won’t cover. Can’t fault their customer service or prices. We’ve not claimed so can’t comment on that but all other contact with them has been great. And they don’t charge to amend the policy whereas some places charge £15+.

We are with Sainsbury's who are fab. One ddog has developed epilepsy so we claim very regularly and I can't fault them at all. Receive payment within days of sending the claim in as well.

Many thanks for this info.

John Lewis. Two cats two claims, they have always come through.
They are also understanding of sobbing on the phone and have a free helpline.

I used more than for years but have switched to Mark's and sparks and they are brilliant.

We’ve had pets with both Sainsburys and Direct Line. Sainsburys are underwritten by the same company as Petplan, they pay our well generally but we found the premiums rose dramatically.
We changed to Direct Line three years ago and they’ve been fab, one of our digs is diabetic and everything has been covered without question.
