Does your cat go a bit feral when they have their collar off?

My two girls manage to get their quick release collars off all the time. I adjust them, which works for a while, then they get them off again.

When they're off, they go all rebellious and hyperactive 😂

Mine don't have collars at all. They are chipped

Mine are chipped too. I worry in case they escape from the garden and someone thinks they're stray though.

Collars on cats are dangerous. Cats tend to jump on things and squeeze through things etc, lots of things to get a collar caught on which would quickly strangle a struggling cat. Best to just have cats chipped :)

I wouldn't know. I wouldn't dream of putting a collar on a cat. They are dangerous.

I think OP's cats are telling her they don't like them either Wink

Seen too many awful lifelong injuries from collars to put them on my cats.
