Smilla canned catfood - Not Zooplus or Bitiba

Have googled but can't find anywhere.

I've fallen out with Zooplus due to them repeatedly sending their poorly packaged parcels by Yodel when I asked for DPD and them not giving a toss when I complained about receiving a smashed up parcel full of smashed up cans and even felix packets with the catfood leaking all over everything. And in the hot weather too. Not nice.

But my cats like this revolting stinky food (evidence attached - you need a strong stomach to serve it, especially first thing in the morning, but they love it) from Smilla which is a fish paste with lumps of fish in it and we've run out Sad and I can only find it at Zooplus or Bitiba, which I believe is the same company.

I'm determined to Make a Point by not giving them any more of my money, for a few weeks at least, not that they'll notice or care, but I can't find this food anywhere else online.

Ideas, fellow cat slaves?

Have you tried Amazon or thecatstore.co.uk?

BarbaraofSevillle · 04/09/2018 09:52

Amazon don't have it and thecatstore just links through to Zooplus. Thanks for the suggestions though.

I know I'll go back to ZP eventually. They were just so convenient when they used DPD, as the driver just left the parcel in the garden, but yodel don't do that so have to trek to the depot, which is only open 8 to 6, so hard to get to in the week.

Not sure where else stocks it but sympathise with how awful ZP’s packaging is. When you order, if you spend over a certain amount, you can choose to use DPD. Or you can pay a small amount extra to specify DPD if you haven’t spent enough.

Ive always had dpd deliver. I do think the actual store is getting more expensive in general though. Mine wont touch the big box of Felix thats just arrived for some reason.
