Cats not eating in the hot weather?

My elderly cat didn't come into see me tonight when I got home which is odd. And she then didn't want the food I gave her. Nor some of her favourite treats.

Is it the heat ? She looks otherwise ok and is purring etc though I know that doesn't really mean much...

Mine always do this in hot weather. Not as cuddly either as it's too hot.

They certainly are far less interested in food in hot weather. Nothing to worry about, just put less food down.

Try tuna lollies? Drain tinned tuna, dilute a bit, pour into lolly moulds and freeze. At least they're getting a bit of a drink in the heat.
