I think my house is a cat social club

We have a 6 year old male neutered cat, he's very shy and only goes out at night, hates cars!

The last few weeks our house has turned into what can only be described as a social club for all the neighbourhood cats!
They will wait by the back door for me to nip out and fly straight past me into the living room, jump on the worktops, eat our cats food, help themselves to a nap on the beds, all kinds of cheekiness!
With the weather being nice we've had the windows open and today I went to make the beds and 5 not including our cat was keeping cool in my DD's room!

What the hell is happening and how can I stop this? Will it upset our cat? I feel awful shooing them off but my DH thinks it's the right thing to do!

How bizarre. Do you know these intruders?Grin Do they have their own homes? They obviously like what they see at yours. Do they look healthy? Maybe they need help and this is their way of asking you? Can't fathom it, I'm afraid.

If your cat was also asleep in the room, it would seem that it doesn't mind. Our teenage hood cat had a little gang of friends he brought round to ours.

You need a booth to encourage payments!!

you obviously have some very tasty cat food on offer !!!

do all these cats have homes?

you need to start removing the food.

Yes they all have homes and collars, se very well fed just greedy 😂
I'm about to put up a post asking can the neighbours feed their cats better food!
We seem to have inherited another in the last day or so too!
