Advice pls - Cat with abdomen pain after vaccine yesterday morning?

Leo had his second leukaemia vaccine yesterday, he'd had no issue with the first one and was fine last night, chewing my hair and generally being his usual oddball self. This morning I didn't get the usual paws on my face and pleas for going out/food and when he did come down he seemed off, he was walking low to the ground and wagging his tail. I picked him up and he yelped.

He went out and still seemed able to climb the fence but he came straight back to the house which is unusual. DH went to bring him in again so I can keep an eye on him and when he picked him up he hissed (never seen him do that).

Lately he's eaten his dry food but just licked the gravy off his wet food and eaten the top layer, but his bowl was more empty this morning so I thought maybe he ate a lot of it and has an upset stomach? Last time he ate a lot of wet food in one go after eating mostly dry he had the shits a bit after.

Could it be the vaccine or just a bad tummy? Should I take him to the OOO vet?

Mines done the same after vaccines, they do make you feel run down.

Ring the vets and see if it’s anything unusual, ours was better after a few days.

I've booked him in for this morning just to be safe because he does seem to be in pain. He's been sitting on the bathmat looking very sorry for himself with his second eyelids half covering his eyes, poor sausage Sad

The only symptom my cat had of having pancreatitis was that she was still In the same place I'd left her in 14 hours before and she cried when I picked her up. Definitely get him
Checked.

Vet said he had a temperature and gave him some pain meds. He perked up enough to eat tonight and made funny squeaking sound when DH moved him but much happier thankfully. He was still chasing birds whilst looking grumpy 🤨
