The toddler girls first proper fight!

Caused by a very cute black and white cat sitting by the back door . It's so cute, I want to pet it. (And check it's not a stray)
But OMG the howling and spitting! Came down this morning to tufts of fur everywhere! Just found a wound on Snorg ear and blood on a bed.
When I've had other cats in the house for short term fostering, they've been as good as gold. Not a single problem, so why would a cat in the garden cause so much upset?

Naughty girls! Maybe they both have the hots for kitty?

Are they both OK (thinking of wounds and abscesses).

Surprised you didn't hear them too!

I was going to say the same thing! I won't tell Harry they are fighting over another though, he'll be most upset...

Oddly enough I was wondering whether Harry's nose might be put out of joint a bit too. :)

I found blood on one of their beds and the scratch post. But the only wound I've found is a scratch to Snorgs ear. They are going to the vet anyway for their jabs this week, so will get them to have a good look. The noise they make is loud enough to wake the dead. It woke me up at 4 am this morning! I rally want to go and talk to this cat. It's very cute. But will have to contain my usually very placid beanbags first!

I was just thinking that I think they've only ever come across other Persians. Which may be why thy have always hit on. I don't think Harry has anything to worry about though!

Vet did bloods just to check Fattys thyroid as she's been slowly loosing weight. She sat completely still and didn't flinch at all. Was really proud of her! She's not happy with the haircut though!

Oh bless her. Harry says welcome to the club! His fur is slowly growing back but I imagine Fatty's will take a while longer!

When will you get the results?

Toddlerteaplease · 01/05/2018 22:20

In the next day or so. I think it's unlike she has thyroid issues. But best to check. And if she does it's easily treatable and will help her heart.
