Pray for my cat, may he come back from the vets.

My darling cat we adopted when he was 8 weeks old and now he is 15yo and not well.

He just started losing his balance when walking. We are hoping it is a treatable ear infection. But we lost his sister last year as her back legs got weaker and weaker and the vet said it was time to say goodbye to her so we did. I really hope this is not the same scenario for him.

I am sat home with my children and our last boy cat. Our boy cats cuddle up and sleep together, they look for each other. They are so bonded.

Just hate waiting, though it is so much worse for DH who has took him. We are waiting to see what happens. I miss him already. Let it be treatable :(

Still no news. I had hoped they would be back by now it was a 10.10am appointment. The surgery must be running late.

His walking issues are old age arthritis...we have a painkiller for him. Hopefully this will allow him to walk better...hurrah.

Sadly the vet thinks he has developed a heart mum or and thyroid problem, so we will be taking him back in two weeks for more tests.

But for now our boy is home. :) Currently sulking under our bed as we have him his first dose of medicine. :)

ScreamingValenta · 24/03/2018 12:19

Really pleased for you. Hope he starts walking better with the painkiller.

Babieseverywhere · 24/03/2018 15:13

He is already running around and seems happy but still wobbly.

So pleased to see him outside in the sunny garden :)
