Best way to get oil off fur?

Least I think it's oil. It looks blue green.

It's on his upper back - near neck so unlikely to be licked.

He got covered as a kitten when he first came to live with us (one he was a terrible state when he was found) and I had to wash him. But he was small and meek. There's no WAY I could now!!!

Nothing yet. He just sauntered passed me and I noticed it.

Special cat wet wipes might work?

StripySocksAndDocs · 24/02/2018 17:47

Didn't know you could get cat wipes!!

Try vinegar - it gets fox poo off dogs really well. The acidity cuts through the grease.

Have a look here for a selection Smile. Should be open tomorrow if you have one near you, so you can try them to get the oil of quickly.
